(1) any faut is found to be caused by improper operation by the doctornurse,comect the cause of the problem and instruct the user howto operate the equipment properly so that reeurence of the {alt can be prevented (2) Before starting of actual repair ofthe equipment, be sure to confirm the feu that the doctorinurse has brought to your attention.
