ready to resume new and engaging learnings. We are so delighted to connect back to our
incredible students.

9.Rules and Ethics expected during Classes

The students must-
1. Use the name as it appears in the school records, and the photo in the display must
be proper and in school uniform. (Using the school identity card would be appreciated)
2. Keep the web-camera working and switched on at all times/ as asked by the subject
teacher.
3. Be in mute mode and only un-mute and answer as and when asked by the teacher.
Raising virtual hands is welcome.
4. Raise the digital hand before asking any doubt/ answering any questions.
5. Attend the classes regularly, and for any absence, information to the class teacher
well in advance in written/ through mail needs to be sent with a proper reason or the student
may be marked absent.
e-Certificates
We have initiated the concept of E-Certificates in four categories as listed below:
1. Perfect Attendance certificate- Daily attendance (period wise) is recorded and
monthly record is maintained. Students having best attendance (100%) for the month can
be picked up directly from the sheets section wise across classes.
2. Student of the Month-As already communicated in the PTM that student of the
month will be selected based on the following criteria-
Attendance, Class Participation, HOTS/Doubts asked/clarified by the students, Code
of conduct, Timely completion of assigned tasks (HW/Notes/Activities/Projects Etc),
Performance in the Test/Exam. Monthly record will be maintained by the class teachers in
consultation with all the subject teachers.
3. Best Section of the Month- The best performing section would be assessed and
rewarded in this category. The Assessment Criteria would be-
Maximum Cumulative Attendance, Class Performance in the Test/School
Exams, Active Participation of the students in the class (Record to be maintained by
the Teacher}, Note-Books Completion, Compliances to School Rules and Regulation.
For this, the cumulative total average of each section will be considered to decide the best
section of the month.
4. Supportive Parent of the month- Parent role in the online mode is vital. So, to
appreciate your involvement this small initiative has been taken. The expected cooperation
and the Assessment Criteria for this includes-

Frequent check of notebooks by the Parents, Information to class

teacher in case child is remaining absent, Parents Adhering to the time
slot while making calls to teachers, Regular and healthy interaction with
teachers to discuss feedback/progress of the child.

*DCP (DAILY CURRICULUM PLAN) FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE-JULY WILL BE SHARED
SEPERATELY THROUGH THE PARENTS’ GROUP
