Although most people would generally agree that being self-

employed has a lot of advantages, only a few of them actually work in

this condition, according to recent research.
Firstly, being independent at work undoubtedly has an impact on
productivity, creativity and quality. In this case it is crucial to consider
your decisions twice, since you are the one in charge, who will need to
correct the occurring problems, caused by mistake. However, this not
only means, that it will give you a hard time, but also a free decision-
making, which is not affected by others.
Secondly, two other following factors to consider are time and
money, as it will be easier to assign yourself the work that needs to be
done by the end of each day. By this I mean the fact that you can
prioritize different points of view. For instance, if you want to earn
more money, save up for something, you can work more, since at a
normal workplace you do not have this choice/option, taking into
account the fact that working overtime is underpaid.
Taking everything into consideration, self-employment has a lot of
advantages over working for someone else, such as time consumption,
money and the quality of work assured by the worker/employee. I
strongly believe that finding happiness at your workplace and be proud
of what you do for living is what matters/is of utmost importance.
