VACANCY NOTICE (No.26/2019) National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) — a Joint Sector Company of Govt. of India and States of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and U.P, under the administrative control of Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, is mandated for implementing the Regional Rapid Transit ‘System (RRTS) in National Capital Ré ion (NCR), ensuring a balanced and sustainable urban development through better connectivity and access. The RRTS will be a new, dedicated, high speed, high capacity, comfortable commuter service connecting regional nodes in NCR. It will provide reliable, high frequency, point to point and safe regional travel at high speed along de ted path way for relatively longer distance with fewer stops and at higher speed, The technology chosen would allow covering distances of 100 km. in an hour with scheduled stoppages. The system would also ensure the convenience of quality last mile connectivity, addressing the needs of all categories of travelers on the network. The corridors being developed under RRTS Phase-1 are Delhi - Meerut, Delhi - Panipat and Delhi - Alwar. Once operational, RRTS will be the fastest, the most comfortable and the safest mode of travel in the NCR. NCRTC invites applications from retired Civil Engineers having experience of buildings construction work with Railways/ Railways CPSEs/ PSUs/ Metro Rail/ CPWD/ other Govt. instrumentalities. The detail of the post is as under:- Name of the post _| Assistant Engineer/ Civil Number of posts __| 01 (one) Qualification, Last pay-scale and Experience Not more than 65 years as on 25.08.2019. | Qualification:- Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering Last Pay-scale: Experience: ‘Superannuated in the pay scale of- Rs.50000-160000 (IDA) or Rs.56100-177500 (CDA) L10/ Rs.53100-167800 (CDA) L9 ‘Should have minimum 25 years’ experience in Railways/ Railways CPSEs/ PSUs/ Metro Rail CPWD/ other Govt. instrumentalties in Civil construction works, which include construction of institutional/ residential multi storied buildings and related development work such as drainage system, rainwater harvesting, road construction and water supply arrangements ete. ‘Should have good hands on computer.
