How long have you known the candidate and what capacity?

professional / academic qualities.

What impress me about xyz are her integrity, her hard-working spirit,
her will to challenge herself, her desire to learn, and her motivation
to be a leader. Among all of these virtues, I believe her most salient
strength is his desire to learn. She is street smart and quick learner
that is the reason for me to rate her exceptional.

"Fast learner"

She was assigned to many critical projects where she had to learn
new technologies, which she grabbed pretty quickly and delivered a
solution that was out of the box and consistent with the client’s
requirements. Xyz was learning everything and everywhere, from
new technologies to interacting with client. Every time she came up
with something she could not understand, she would ask either our
team or me. I have witnessed her development from a fresher with
limited knowledge in technology to a young consultant capable of
handling a project by herself.

"Mentorship and Creativity"

Perhaps her strongest abilities are to think creatively and act


decisively and correctly. These are skills that cannot be taught and
are the principal reasons for xyz’s success to-date. Because of this,
xyz was often called upon by other colleagues to resolve the most
difficult and time sensitive client projects. She has taken initiative in
mentoring her junior team members during the course of the tenure.
