Project Description: This project comprises providing business solutions to the


Corporate Banking Team of one of the leading Banks.

It includes the data validation, data quality check, budgeting, mapping, reporting,
analysis of various products like Exchange, Commission, Trade, Derivative, Bullion
etc. associated with Corporate team of Banking Client.

The main objective of this project is to check and analysis of the business for multiple
products and to create dashboard for the same.

Data reporting using standard reporting procedures.

Performing data validation and data quality check of data Mart as needed to
understand the structure and content of data.

After the development of reports the next phase is to analyse and identify the scope
through which business solutions can be provided.
Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for end to end data management and understanding the business
requirement.

• Collecting and modification of Business data ,Creation of new data set from raw data
files as per the business requirement

• Data Analysis for finding out the business flow and for providing insights.

• Data reporting using standard reporting procedures.

• Preparing transaction banking reports (Critical reports) by


Regionwise,Segmentwise,Circlewise to support the Business Intelligence team .

• Calculation and Analysis of income for different products like(Forex -Exchange &
Commission , Trade -Bills, Bank Guarantee and Letter of acceptance, Bullion, Capital
Market) and to check the Income achieved with the budget declared by the bank.

• Coordinating with Corporate business team involved in data loading process

VOYA FINANCIAL (ING)(Retirement Claims and Benefits) (Feb. 2010 to April 2017)

• Check and authenticate accuracy of financial transaction processed.


• Ensure transactions are posted and funds are released to the participant.
• Analysing the customer’s data and distributing the funds from customer a/c to another a/c
via Automated Clearing House or check.
• Processing Loan Issuance & Hardship withdrawal as per customer request.
• Analyse the reason for the transaction not processed within service level agreement.
• Processing involves overall checking of application forms for completeness of information and
documentation by following different policies & guidelines laid by the client from time to
time..
• Maintaining high level of productivity and meeting the targets as per client requirement.
• Allocate work with in team and ensure tasks are processed within agreed turnaround time.
• Provide customer services to different clients.

• Monitoring workflow at regular intervals
• Impart Trainings & Cross trainings across all processes to new hires and existing old hires.
• Conduct Team review meeting to discuss Internal & External errors, new learning’s & updates
from client.
• Responsible for training and solving queries of new recruits.
• Understand any change standard operating procedure introduce by the client and thereby
implement the same at team level.
• Audit cases by authenticating all documents correctly on the system based on different
policies & procedures laid by different clients from time to time by maintaining accuracy.
• Responsible for training new hires on product and process training.

• Preparing outstanding work reports at EOD.
