dashboard

Get the information you need to get started right away in SuccessFactors.

What do you need to do? Screenshots

 To view your
counselee’s
dashboard, click My
Counselee’s
Dashboard in the
LEAD Dashboards
section of your home
page.

 Enter the name of the

counselee’s
dashboard you wish
to access in My
Counselee’s search
field or select the
counselee from the
list displayed. The
counselee’s
dashboard will
display.

 Click View comments

to see any supporting
comments provided.

 When View
comments is
selected, the
following information
is displayed:
a) Name
b) Date of feedback
submission
c) Engagement/Project
name
d) Weighting of feedback
provider assigned by
the feedback
requestor (counselee)
e) Counselee’s self-
assessment
comments will show
as “Weighted: Self”
f) Feedback received for
Engagement/project
level metrics and
Demonstrating
leadership
g) The Recommendation
dimension will display
for administrative,
staff/associate, and
senior/senior
associate and
supervising associate
ranks only
