Welcome to the IESE
Career Development Center
The 2019-2020 academic year unfolded amid
growing challenges in the global economic
landscape caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The climate of uncertainty that pervaded much
of the world — coupled with the slow pace of
recovery — impacted the job market for MiMs.
It’s always been our belief that crisis comes
with opportunities. Our talented community of
students and alumni is what companies need
to make a profound and positive impact on our
society, and we will continue to work hard to make
this happen.

At the same time, talented individuals from every

corner of the globe came to IESE with unique
characteristics and diverse backgrounds. They
completed the IESE MiM program, working
together with their peers on myriad business
cases and assignments, building the necessary
skills for tomorrow’s business leaders, influenced
by the pillars of the mission of the school of “In the Career Development Center,
professional excellence, integrity and spirit of
we partner with companies to create a
service. We strongly believe that they are in a
unique position to have a deep, positive and collaborative hiring process, and we guide
