QUESTIONS FOR THE JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT FOR THE CITY ASSESSOR

Q1: Please state your name, age, address and other personal circumstances.
Q2: As the City Assessor, will you kindly tell me your official duties and responsibilities?
Q3: Do you know where the questioned lot is located? What do you know about the said
property?
Q4: Relative to the questioned lot 123-A, can you please tell us about the case, is the said land a
public land?
Q5: What makes you say that it is a public land?
Q6: Since Lot 123-A was partly used as public park, in you official capacity as City Assessor,
what is the assessed value of the lot? What document do you have to show such assessed value?
Q7: Since it is established that plaintiff’s predecessor-in-interest, Juan Alvarez, was not
compensated when lot 123-A was converted to public park, for purposes of negotiated sale, what
is the fair market value of lot 123-A?
Q8: How did you arrive at that fair market value?
Q9: Is there anything else that you would wish to add, alter or extract in the statements you have
made?
Q10: I will transcribe all you answers to the questions I propounded earlier and, thereafter,
submit it to the court in a form of a judicial affidavit, are you willing to affix you signature?
