Dear Sir,

Refund of the balance of the Security Deposit under the Lease Agreement 4038
dated 08.10.2020 attested by M.R.D. Perera Notary Public of Colombo.

We are the present owners of the premises bearing Assessment No. 82, M.D.H.
Jayawardena Mawatha (Postal No. 284, Olympus, Millennium City),
Athurugiriya being the heirs of late John Charith Arjuna Kurukulasuriya.

Our brother during his life time has given on lease the said premises to
Mahamudalige Binakadara Jayasanka Wasantha Kumara under the captioned
Lease Agreement.

We were informed that he is planning to vacate the said premises on 04 th July

2021.

As mutually agreed upon after deducting all dues under the said Lease
Agreement we do hereby agree to refund a sum of Rs.25,470/- as the full and
final payment at the time of handing over the vacant possession of the said
demised premises.
