Sub: Representation for transfer of self to any place in Berhampur for facilitating better
medical treatment of old age sickly parents.

Respected sir,

With profound respect and humble submission, I would like to draw your kind
attention to the following few lines for your kind consideration and sympathetic action
please.

That, I have in working in this department at Malkangiri as cont. lab assistant in civil
department since a period of more than 05 years by exhibiting my diligent and dedicated
trust worthy against nothing punishment and adverse.

My old age parents are staying at Berhampur city. Due to senile dementia they are
requiring frequent medical treatment for their chronic diseases. In absence of suitable
person in the family with them, sometimes they face critical problem. In such precarious
condition, they plan their fortune.

That as a daughter, I am the only auxiliary person who can take their proper care and
caution in their each and every moment.

That apart from above, my sickly bed ridden parents, in many times think about my
marriage proposals. They also were trying their best for searching of a suitable groom for
me in the locality of Berhampur city where my caste people are plenty available.

Hence, under the above circumstances, I humbly pray to kindly examine the case
minutely and dispassionately and hark back of my precarious condition and my transfer
from Malkangiri to Berhampur may kindly be considered. So that I can able to take proper
care and caution of my sickly parents who are counting their days in death bed and they can
able to search a suitable groom for me and obliged.
