Ans 1
Lisa and her management should start review the performance of the employee ad should
start analysis on the skills which they are lacking. They should start training programs in
which they train or polished there employees skills. Teach them according to their hotel
standard tell them how to greet and interact with guest, teach them how can they be a
problem solving for the guest. Tell them to create gentle and friendly relation with them.
Always try to solve the issues quickly and always willing to help. After training they should
conduct a test in which they present things which they learn in training program if they still
had notice some mistake then they should remodel there training program and try to
overcome mistake which employees are doing. These training programs helps Lisa and her
management to sort out their issues and help them to run hotel perfectly.

Ans 2
After the completion of investigation they notices some defects or holes in their organization.
They notice that most of their employees don’t know much about their work, they have less
skills in their job. As mentioned in case no one know how many recruits the ad is generating.
And don’t know about the ad that is effective or not. They put a people on wrong positions,
they don’t know how to complete a task or manage things at their position. For example they
hired a person to manage mangers who don’t know about human management. In term of
management the hotel was in complete mess, their workers badly needs training to polish
their work skills. They should start training programs and train their workers according to
their jobs requirement teach them things which helps them to deal guest perfectly. Tell them
their weaknesses and try overcome them with proper focus. These training helps their worker
to grow and save them from future problems.

Ans 3
As a housekeeper at a hotel is not as easy as compared to house. It needs a lot of training, as
an organization we should give training programs in which they learn many things about their
job or the way to do it, they should learn new ideas and have some instructions to do specific
things. Provide them proper trainers who teach them things step by step so they can made
less mistakes while doing a task or job. During their training take some tests of workers so
they can know which worker is still weak. They should learn how to do their work perfectly.
For example, when the guest entering the room they should feel like that nobody has used
this room before after seeing the room which make them more comfortable. Housekeeping is
involved in many kind of products and equipment and our body is heavily involved in this
job. The following program help house keepers to be good in their job and can perform
according to the expectations and instructions.
