Field Visit Report (YLK-1)

Dear All,

Undersigned along with Production and Safety Officer (Electrical) visited YLK#1on 19.05.2020 for
condition monitoring of well head gas pressure & bleed off.

Following points were attended/observed.

1. Thoroughly checked & inspected FMC wellhead at YLK#1. Found there was minor
leakage from 3” coupling joint of bleed off pipe line.
2. Opened the outlet arm valve of D-section wellhead for recording the annulus pressure at
YLK#1. Recorded annulus pressure= 800 psi.
3.  Bleed off started for Well head at 11:30AM. During that time well head pressure noted as
800psi.
4. Bleed off for well head is under process. Well head pressure was dropped to 500psi at
11:50AM.
5. Similarly, well head pressure was dropped to 200psi at 12:00PM.
6. Bleed off operation for well head has been stopped. Closed all manual isolation gate
valves.
7. Rainy water is accumulated inside the cellar pit. Dewatering is required.
