Field Visit Report (YLK-1)

Following points are attended / observed:

1) Measured LEL, H2S, CO contents with multi gas detector around the cellar area. Found 0.
2) Well head pressure was recorded 500 psi after opened the needle valve and D section well
head gate valves 1 & 2.
3) Started bleed- off by opening the gates valves from D section well head and external bleed
off gate valve.
4) Well head pressure was dropped to 200psi.
5) Stopped bleeding operation by close the gates valves from D section well head and
external bleed off gate valve.
6) Closed gate valves from D- section well head related to pressure gauge.
7) Rainy water was accumulating inside the cellar pit. Needs dewatering.
