Local Restaurant Serves Vegan Friendly Food

There has been a 600% increase in people in the United States that have transitioned to
veganism.

One local business in downtown Augusta can help your transition into veganism if you’re not
already on the wave.

Humanitree House top priorities are being vegan, organic, and local.

All their ingredients are locally grown and chosen with the intent to nourish your body.

Humanitree is known best for their cold pressed juice, that is made from a wide variety of fresh
fruits and vegetables.

What makes the juices so unique is that it is made with a hydraulic press that uses thousands of
pounds of pressure to extract the maximum amount of liquids fresh from the fruits and
vegetables.

No heat is used during this process which means no nutrients is loss on the heat of traditional
pasteurization.

If you ever look at the menu of juices, the last ingredient of each one is love.

Anna Sheldon, a frequent customer of the restaurant affirmed that she feels the love.

“The atmosphere and the food are made out of love and it’s unique,” she said.

Along with serving organic goodness, Humanitree also has an art gallery, live music venue,
