Learning Outcomes:

At the completion of the course the students are expected to be able to demonstrate an understanding
and knowledge of the Constitutional theories and their application in various constitutions, to critically
evaluate different concepts, and to identify and perfect the constitutional system and analyze the
application of the theories in modern state.
