REF POSTPONEMENT OF EXAMINATIONS DURING PUBLIC

HOLIDAYS

Reference is hereto made to the above subject.

The Republican President, His Excellency Edgar C. Lungu, has declared Friday 2nd July
2021 and Wednesday 7th July 2021 as non-working days in honour of the Late President
Dr. Kenneth David Kaunda.

Following this declaration, you are hereby informed that all online examination scheduled
for Friday 2nd July 2021 and Wednesday 7th July 2021 have been postponed.

The examinations scheduled for 2nd July 2021 will now be written on Monday 12th July
2021. Similarly, the examinations scheduled for 7th July 2021 will now be written on
Tuesday 13th July 2021. The postponement does not affect the sessional timings of the
online examinations.
