Lazy Town is something I watched myself as a child.

There is no doubt that Lazy Town is effective in

entertaining and engaging its target audience of children.

Lazy Town uses the roles of many different characters to engage and entertain its target audience of
children.

Sportacus himself has a very important role of resolving issues, being a good influence and being a
positive role model. These things can be learnt by children from his role. He uses dramatic
expression and speaks in a loud and clear voice so that children can understand and be drawn in by
his way of speaking.

Sportacus can do tricks that kids in real life may not be able to. This is fun and exciting for the
audience because they can never guess what trick he is about to perform next.

He wears bright blue clothes which can stimulate a child’s perception of colour.

Overall, I believe that Lazy Town is an excellent program for an audience made up of children
because of it’s use in roles.
