ADDENDUM

(TO THE CONTRACT OF LOAN WITH SECURITY DATED JUNE 5, 2013)

Herein parties farther agreed on the following to form part of the main
contract viz:

A. The FIRST PARTY asked for additional loan of P50,000.00 from the
SECOND PARTY to be covered by the same security;

B. The SECOND PARTY agreed to give the FIRST PARTY additional loan of
P50,000.00;

Henceforth the total amount of loan of the FIRST PARTY shall be P330,000.00
which the herein parties agreed to be an addendum to the Contract of Loan with
security subject to the same terms and conditions.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures on

this __th day of July, 2013 in Batangas City.
