Subject : Request for installation of Air Conditioner

Respected Sir,

I am writing this letter to you because I would like to request you for
the installation of air conditioner. The reason behind this request is that the air
conditioner already present is not functioning propely and this situation is
uncomfortable for us to do work. So we request you to install an air conditioner in
our office.

Summer season has come and the weather is getting warmer day by day.it
is extremely hot in office and it is unbearable for workers to work as our fingers
are sweaty and they slip over the keybord keys. They also experience extreme
temperature in different working areas and it will be unhealthy for their health.
Customer feel irritation and uncomfortable in office.

We repair it once but the appointed person recommended by yuou tell us

that this air conditioner is old and it cannot be longer prepair.He give us
suggestion to buy a new air conditioner.
 Benefit behind air conidtioner installation is to provide compfort from heat
and save from many insecurities. Also work is done in significant manner.it
provide germ free enviroment which enhance the health of workers.

I am looking forward to your positive response. Kindly take it as humble request

and take action on it early.

The attached proposal express benefits and harms related to air conditioner
installation to do work efficiently. So , I request you for installation of air
conditionerin office whos cost is near to 80,000 per air conditioner and for three
air contioner the average cost is about 240,000 .
