NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th May, 1979
G.S.R. 320 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (ii) of
clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963
(38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment
in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and
Transport (Transport Wing) No. G.S.R. 296(E), dated the 30th March, 1979.
namely :—
In the said notification, in the proviso to the opening paragraph, for the
figure "7". the figures "2, 7" shall be substituted.
