My opinion about what each one eats is that this message is correct because if a
person eats healthy they will be healthy and if a person does not eat healthy they are
not healthy, that is why they always recommend eating healthy to be healthy .

The food that I like the most is the lomo saltado because it is a dish that has a juicy mixture where you
can enjoy it a lot.

Yes, the dish that I have prepared the most is Lima cause and stew.

4.-Which typical Peruvian food do you like? My favorite dish is the lomo saltado.

Another food that I like is the dry chicken, it is very delicious.

6.-Do you make a diet? Why? Explain

I actually try to diet, but I don't always stick to it because I always feel hungry, also trying to stick to the diet to stay
healthy.

My opinion about exotic foods and drinks is that they are fine as these foods and drinks have some
effects on people and are beneficial for people looking for that effect.

I. Look at the food pyramid. Which of the foods do you think you should eat more and which less?
A balance diet includes foods from all food groups But what kind of foods are in each group? And how much should we eat? Learning
about healthy eating can be fun with the food pyramid.
a. Grain group. - Do you hate feeling down? Well, all you have to do is eat foods from this group, which are rich in carbohydrates. Your
brain and body need energy. So, eat more from this group to stay energetic.
b. Fruit and vegetable group. - Fruit and vegetable group contain vitamins, which help your body fight illnesses. You know what they say:
“An apple a day, keeps the doctor away.” Eating lots of fresh fruit and vegetable is good for you.
c. Meat group. - This food group can also give you the protein you need to be strong and healthy. You need meat to have strong
muscles, but red meat has a lot of fat so try to eat more fish and chicken.
d. Milk group. - Milk, yogurt, and cheese are rich in protein and calcium. Protein is necessary for the body to grow and be strong.
Calcium is necessary for your teeth and bones.
e. Fats, oil and sweets. - Too much fat is bad for you. Well, guess what? Dieticians say that too little fat is also bad for you! So, don`t
avoid eating sweets. Just don`t overdo it!
