How to write the Plan
1. Use the Mission and Vision of the organization assigned to you.
Include a short background about the organization.
2. Use the SWOT, IFE, EFE, and IE Matrices in writing your analysis
3. Choose from the TOWS Matrix the strategies that align with the
organization’s mission and vision. Use them as your strategic
goals and priorities for the 3-year targets to be categorized as
financial, customer, internal processes, and learning and growth.
These are the categories embedded in the Balanced Scorecard
Planning Approach.
4. Follow the format of the plans provided for.
5. Enhance your understanding about Strategic Plan formulation, the
Balanced Scorecard based Strategic Planning, and Strategy
mapping from the reading materials provided for.
6. Check from the videos about strategy if what you have chosen
from the TOWS Matrix are really priority strategies.
