INDIVIDUAL ASSIGNMENT 10%

Describe a business you are planning to create the relational database for and do the
following:

 Create a minimum of 4 files

 Create the attributes
 Define the relationships
 Enter your own data creating at least 5 records each for any ‘one’ table, and at least 8
records for any ‘many’ table
 Create data entry forms for all files
 Create at least 4 meaningful queries
 Create 1 grouped report

Do screen prints of the following and paste them in the assignment:

 Each table in data sheet view (populated) and in design view

 Print the relationships between the tables and with referential integrity
 Do a screen print of the Forms in Form view and paste it in your assignment document.
 Do screen prints of the queries in design view and the result of the query and paste them
in your assignment document.
 Do a screen print of the report in print preview and paste it in your assignment document.
