 Prepaid baggage must be purchased at least 06 hours before departure.

 Pre-paid baggage is allowed to change travel date/ itinerary with equal or higher
cost.
Prepaid baggage cannot be endorsed, refunded and/or exchanged towards other

Flying With Your Pet As Your Checked

Baggage
Vietnam Airlines offer service for passengers traveling with pets on the same
flight. Your pets will be delivered as checked baggage. This service is available
subject to specific aircraft.

Flying With Your Pet Onboard

Due to the global Covid – 19 pandemic, we are taking extra measures to
bring passengers and their pets a safe flight. That‘s why pets can no longer
be transported in the cabin, including service dog and emotional support
dog. Pets are carried as checked baggage . This is valid for all Vietnam
Airlines’ flights from April 18th, 2020 until further notice. For passenger with
disability, Vietnam Airlines bring your escort dog as checked baggage with
free of charge. Remember to prepare your dog ‘s kennel for safe transport.
 Cabin Baggage
Vietnam Airlines offers the additional seat service for baggage onboard the
aircraft. For fragile, bulky, or valuable items such as musical instruments,
paintings, and antiquities, etc, passengers may reserve seat(s) beside them to
secure their belongings during flight.

Sports Baggage
Vietnam Airlines offers transport services for sporting equipment such as
golf clubs, ski gear and diving instruments as checked baggage.

Strollers, Wheelchairs
Vietnam Airlines provides complimentary transportation services for foldable
carriage devices such as prams, infant strollers, wheelchairs, and pushcarts.
