Rahul Bhatnagar Rest of them are not living and performing up to their a full potential, just coming for time pass, not genuinely interested in adding value to the organization. There are three layers of our mind: Inner layer Middle layer Outer layer The inner mind develops really fast. It is the first one to develop. Rahul Bhatnagar When you focus on this, you just focus on the survival. Whenever you do a task that you are not used to for example, when you have not slept enough, your inner mind tells you to go and sleep rather than focussing on work. Your mind stops you from getting out of your comfort zone because it just focuses on survival. Deep within you know it is wrong yet most of the time you go with the flow that your inner mind tells you. Your inner mind focuses on survival and your middle mind supports it telling a lot of people are doing it, that’s okay. Rahul Bhatnagar The outer mind, this is where the logical thinking takes place here, a lot of people never reach here. You don't take that decision. You take advice from people around you. Think about it, whether they belong to the category of 97% who are not successful or the 3% who are successful. Most of you know they are the ones who belong to the 97% category. Most people are not focussing on growth, they are just focussing on the top two levels. Rahul Bhatnagar The first thing to do is to start thinking logically. Most of the time, you know what is right yet you do not act, because we come under the influence of other people. You are like if others are not working in the office, neither will |.
