Interview Conversation

Jose: Hello, good evening! I’m so glad you saw our post on Facebook. Let me start by
telling you that my name is José Furlán and I’m in charge of the recruitment for the
software development and design department. I would like to get to know more about
you and I’ll be more than happy to answer any questions you may have during this
interview.
Carlos: Hi! nice to meet you. My name is Carlos Leonel Canchán Luna and I’m a full stack
developer in front-end and back-end, and I have some knowledge in finance too. I saw
your post in LinkedIn and I am very interested on it.
Jose: Yeah! Well let me explain, we are looking for a full stack developer with experience
and knowledge of JavaScript and frameworks like ReactJS and NodeJS. As well as web
services and experience with Oracle Databases. I can see on your application form that
you have some experience with these technologies. Could you tell me more about it?

Carlos: I have created applications in Google Play Android and the iOS App Store. My
knowledge in the database is extensive since I have a degree in SQL. I also have knowledge
of JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS and Node.

Jose: Interesting! I’m impressed with your curriculum already. I’m sure that with your
knowledge and experience you will find your way on developing a career with us. The final
recruiting process is completing a series of tests to check your software development
skills. This test can be done right now in our office, or you can choose to do it at home.
The test lasts for about two hours and you only have one chance so make sure to have a
stable internet connection and you have plenty of time to complete it at once.

Carlos: Of course, I am happy to carry out the aptitude tests to show my knowledge about
the different programming languages that I use and at the same time in programming
logic. I think it is better for me to do it at home.

Jose: Perfect! Once you complete the test, we will receive your results automatically and
we will be contacting you to complete the documentation for your contract. It’s been a
pleasure to talk with you. I believe you will be a huge asset for our team.
Carlos: Thank you very much for the opportunity that you have given me to share my
knowledge and at the same time I hope to be very helpful in the company as well as grow
day by day in it.
