Multiple options available to pay premiums

A. AUTOPAY/E-MANDATE
Never miss a premium payment - opt for Autopay/e-Mandate to automatically transfer premium amount
from your credit card/bank account on due date. To apply:
i Visit www.tataaia.com; go to ‘Customer Service’ menu and select ‘Paperless Auto-debit setup’
ii Choose auto-debit option from credit card or bank account
iii Provide required details and proceed
iv Login to Net banking and approve
(Available for Premium less than or equal to R 10 Lakhs incl GST. Only one policy can be registered at a
time through e-Mandate)

B. SCAN & PAY

i Scan the QR code on Paytm, JioMoney, Razorpay app to open the website payment page
ii Enter policy details to validate and make payment

C. DIGITAL PAYMENTS
Pay through Visa, Master Card, Diners Club International Card, Citibank E-card, American Express Card,
Debit Card and Net Banking Account.

D. MOBILE WALLETS
Pay premium through mobile wallets like

F. BHARAT BILL PAYMENT SYSTEMS

Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, MPOS, Banks/Cooperative Banks, PhonePe, Google Pay, UPI, etc

H. UPI
i Select UPI post validation of policy details
ii Enter UPI ID to verify – you will receive a request to your UPI account
iii Log-in to your UPI account, go to pending requests and approve to make payment

I. IMPS – Interbank Mobile Payment Service

With IMPS, pay premium instantly from your savings bank account using your mobile number and
your 7 digit MMID (Mobile Money Identifier) number

Below details are applicable for payment through any of the options listed above
a International Credit Cards issued in foreign countries are not accepted
b Premiums must be paid from policyholder’s bank account/credit card/debit card only
