Positioning strategies of different brands

 Straddle positioning- Realme watch, it has positioned itself as a smart


watch, it creates POP with mobile phones and POD with wrist watch
brands like Titan.

 Reverse positioning- Myntra, giving ‘try and buy’ option, they have
reduced their POP and came up with a POD through its unique feature

 Breakaway positioning- Lenskart, from being mere contact lens it has


positioned itself as a fashion accessory bringing sunglasses, stylish specs.

 Stealth positioning- Nokia, its Windows OS was not liked much by


consumers so it changed its positioning and came up with Android OS.
