Are certain browsers not supported?

Yes. The Internet Explorer is not supported.

What options exist to download a myGPC datasheet?

By clicking the disk symbol as highlighted below, two options will appear:

Both versions of the myGPC Datasheet contain an active link for reopening and sharing with
any registered user. The first version includes prices, the second version does not.
Please use one of these versions for your communication with Güntner.

How does the link in the myGPC datasheet work?

In the myGPC datasheet an active link can be found as part of the unit name.

When you are logged into myGüntner and then klick onto the link, then it will take you back to
the unit into the myGüntner portal.
For this to work, you need to be logged into myGüntner in your standard browser before using
the link.

In the result list I am not interested in all columns, can I hide some?
Yes, you can. Simple click on "Table columns shown" and uncheck or check the columns that
you like to see or hide and press save.

I would like to change the order of the columns in the result list, is this possible?
Currently this is not possible but we are planning to implement this functionality in the future.

Can I save data entry values as defaults or as a template?

Yes, this is possible using the option "Save as Template" located at the upper left corner. Using
this functionality different templates can be saved as well as an individual standard template
defined.

Some translations seem strange to me. Why could that be the case?
Some browsers offer an automatic translation in case the website is not displayed in the
standard language. Unfortunately this sometimes results in inappropriate translations.
myGüntner is offered in five languages: English, German, French, Spanish and Russian. We are
planning to add additional languages.
If we offer your preferred language already, please ensure that you select the language on the
top right corner next to your name so that the browser does not perform an automatic
translation.
