১. সর্প্রথম
ব নিশ্চিত করুি যে আপিার র্যশ্চিগত সুরক্ষা সরঞ্জাম (নপনপই) সঠিকভাবর্ আবে (যেমি: হ্যান্ড-যলাভস, যহ্লবমট, সুরক্ষা জুবতা, সুরক্ষা
চশমা, এযার প্লাগ)

২. পরীক্ষার শুরুবত যমইি সুইচ চালু রাখবত হ্বর্।

৩. ক্রসবহ্ড মুভবমন্ট যর্াতাম র্যর্হ্ার কবর নিবপর মবযয উচ্চতা সামঞ্জসয করবত হ্বর্।

৪. প্রসারণ (%) পনরমাবপর জিয আমরা িমুিার মাঝখাবি 250 নম. নম. দুঠট নচহ্ন নদবর্া।

৫. উভয নিপগুনলবত িমুিা স্থাপি করা হ্বর্ এর্ং অ্যাবলি-কী দ্বারা যর্েঁবয নদবত হ্বর্।

৬. তারপবর সফ্টওযযারঠট (Software) ওবপি করবত হ্বর্ এর্ং একঠট যমিু প্রদনশতব হ্বর্। এই যমিুবত ‘Start Sample Test’ নির্াচি
ব করবত হ্বর্।

৭. এখি ‘Round Solid’ , ‘Diameter’, ‘Gauge Length’ এর্ং ‘Select Input Unit’ মাি নদবত হ্বর্ এর্ং তারপবর ‘Start Test’ নির্াচি
ব করবত
হ্বর্।

৮. পরীক্ষার তথয োচাইবযর জিয একঠট িতু ি উইবন্ডা খুলবর্। োচাইকরবণর পবর, যসই উইবন্ডাবত ‘Start Test’ নির্াচি
ব করবত হ্বর্।

৯. প্রথবম ‘Tare’ নির্াচি

ব করর্ এর্ং তারপবর িতু ি উইবন্ডা যথবক ‘Start Test’ নির্াচি
ব করর্। এরপবর পরীক্ষা শুরু হ্বর্।

১০. তারপবর একঠট িতু ি উইবন্ডা পরীক্ষার ফলাফল প্রদশিব করবর্। পরীক্ষা যশষ হ্ওযার পবর, ‘Generate Report’ নির্াচি
ব করবত হ্বর্।

১১. িতু ি উইবন্ডাবত ‘File Name’, ‘Final Gauge Length’, ‘Select Date’ মািগুনল পূরণ করর্ এর্ং তারপবর প্রনতবর্দি ততনরর জিয ‘Save
and Print’ নির্াচি
ব করর্। পরীক্ষার যশবষ, নিপস যথবক পরীনক্ষত িমুিা সরাবিা হ্বর্

১২. পরীক্ষা যশষ হ্বল ভাংগা িমুিাগুনল অ্র্শযই র্াবে রাখবত হ্বর্।

SOP FOR 0.5 Ton UTM OPERATION

1. Ensure correct PPE are arranged (hand gloves, helmet, safety shoe, safety google, ear plug)

2. Main power switch will be ON position in the beginning of testing.

3. We will use manual crosshead movement keys to adjust the height between grips

4. We will put two marks 250 mm apart in the middle of the final sample for measuring elongation (%)

5. Sample will be placed in the both grips and fastened by the Allen-key.

6. Then we will be open the software and this menu will be displayed. In this menu we will select ‘Start Sample Test’ option.

7. Now we will give ‘Round Solid’, ‘Diameter’, ‘Gauge Length’ and ‘Select output unit’ values and then we will select ‘Start
Test’ option.

8. A new window will open for the verification of test data. After verification, we will select ‘Start Test’ in that window.

9. We will select ‘Tare’ option first and then we will select ‘Start Test’ option from new window. After that, test will be started.

10. Then a new window will show the test results. After completion of the test, we will select ‘Generate Report’ option

11. In the new window we will fill-up ‘File Name’, ‘Final Gauge Length’, ‘Select Date’ values and then we will select ‘Save and
Print’ option for report generation. At the end of test, we will be remove the tested sample from the grips.

12. Samples must be kept in the bin when tests are completed.
