Respected Sir,

Sub: Reply to Notice dated 06-07-2021 for eviction of Mr. Vivek David

1. You have sent a notice for eviction of the rented house situated at No.22, Baker Street,
Poonamallee, Chennai by my client Mr. Vivek David, S/o David Isaac. But my client has
entered a rental agreement for a period of 1 year from 20.12.2020 to 19.12.2021 with a
monthly rent of ₹10,000/- per month. It is to be noticed that he doesn't have any default
in the payment of his rent. And he still has the right to stay in the rental house for a
period of over 5 months. And asking him to vacate the rental house is violative of his
rights and thus violating the rental agreement.

2. It is hereby denied that my client has not caused any nuisance to the members of the
housing colony or the community and no obstruction to the peace of the neighbourhood
has been done. And my client has not violated any terms for the rental agreement. There
is no such evidence to prove the nuisance.

Therefore, you are requested to call upon your client to withdraw the above legal notice against
our client henceforth, failing which our client will be constrained to initiate the appropriate legal
proceeding and also defend if need arises at the cost and consequences of your client.

Thanking You

Yours Respectfully,
Advocate for Defendant
