Records of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI),

in the matters of the service in the Marine Corps, Noah Carter,
white, Male, born in January 12, 1990, is selected to the
Nomad Project, and has passed through all the exams and tests.
On March 7, 2008, the records of the documents attending
to Noah Carter, were reviewed by SpecSal Agent of the Federal Bureau
of Investigation (FBI)_ August J. ?_,ficek, and all information
pertaining to the subject was shreded or turned classified.
On February 21, 2008, a source who has furnished
reliable inforaa.tlon in the past advised that Carters's Father,
attended to Mossad in his hometown at Israel, and died in 2003,
it may then have links with the special action group and the Israeli
government.
The "New York Post" of November 18, 2008, reflected
that Carter's family spoke at a program "From Dissent To Resistance"
at a Israeli Teach-In at Columbia University in November, 2008.
All of carter's activity are from now on turned
classified and all his identities have to be checked twice and
made dissapear after a year of use.
