Yes, the material has an issue regarding red flags and plagiarism.

Yes there is cannot be determined, because it is downloaded at YouTube, the owner of
the material should cite in order to avoid plagiarism.

need to be assessed? Specify which aspect/s.

Since it is not a DEPED Portal source, it needed an adjustment on its content. It has
also minor issues like typographical error, maybe because it didn’t arrive on proper
evaluation before uploading it.

4. How does this exercise help you in picking the right and appropriate
LRs for your lesson and your learners?
It helps me to become more specific on evaluating the content of the said LR that will
really a great help not only for me but on my pupils as well.
