1. What is product development? How important is it in each product?


- Product development basically means involving characteristics and features of goods to be
sold for it to be engaged in a service-oriented industry. It should be cross-functional
decision making that can relies on teamwork and communication which can install
operating, marketing and financial plans that was needed to practically launch a product.
Part of this system design process is the facilities and equipment’s that will produce the
products and can evaluate the information systems needed to monitor and control
performances.

2. How do you utilize the existing resource base created because of the production system design?

- Planning the system can provide outcomes that can describes how the management would
utilize the existing resources based on the created production design system. It can change
the system design to cope up with the environmental changes like management who can
decide to increase or decrease the capacity of one’s industry to change demand or rearrange
the efficiency layout.

3. Explain each that is included in material management

- Managing the system would literally encourage the participation of the people working on
their improvement about the organizational performance. Having the ability to participate
in the management and teamwork would bring successful operations that can enhance
one’s leadership, training, and culture. Material management can also include decisions
that can control and handle the distribution of materials and the procurement of materials
which are important because many of the organizations have purchased materials that
compromise more than 50 percent of the total production costs which can weight the
qualities of these various suppliers needed to be addressed in the timing of the material.
4. What are the vital tools in achieving competitive advantage to be efficient in an organization?

- To understand the operations and the contributions that was needed to be a successful
organization, we must know the importance of the strategic nature of operations. Effacing
organization is one of the vital tools that can achieve competitive advantage in the daily
contest for customers because of the factors that influence the decision of these entities.
Other factors are usually influenced by actions that is needed for the operation which can
improve the services and goods to be featured in a product availability at different markets.
It can improve the productivity because the product costs can decline, and the product price
can be reduced which could make it a better production method for the development and
for the linking of operation strategies to the overall strategy of the organization.

5. How hard is to analyze? To develop? To design? And to implement??

- It is really hard to analyze because you need to assess every situation that is suitable for
the success of the company and also for the good fortune that it can make which can provide
better outcome of productivity within the employees. It is also hard to develop in a way
that we must assure that the thing stop be developed must comply with the rules and the
other things that were previously developed. Having the ability to design something is not
an easy job to take for because of the way it can bring out the best in you which can broaden
your perspectives into arts and love for the appreciation that your work can get. And lastly
it is hard to implement because not all the people would be willingly acceptable with their
fate because most of them have their hidden agendas and some of them have different ideas
on how you should handle each case scenario.
