conferencing. Mr. Rahul Lamba, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents on latest instruction received from them submits that the petitioner nos.1 and 2 have been issued the letters of intent as well as work orders relating to the tender in question. The said development has been confirmed by Mr. A.K. Sahani, learned counsel for the petitioner. He further submits that the tender of the petitioner no.3 has been rejected by the respondents. In view of the said development, I do not see any reason to proceed further in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of. The petitioner no.3 is at liberty to take appropriate recourse against the rejection of its tender by the respondents.
