The PSDS monitored schools during the Day and found out that there
is noe school who did not conduct the INSET.
Benefits of INSET
a. For promotion b. professional development c. CPD d. request for budget

SH must give importance and essence to the INSET. Help teachers to see the
benefits of INSET.
Follow what is indicated in the matrix. (kay sa matrix 8am MOL but wala pa
tawo ang school pero kng mag request budget kumpleto) . Give certificates to
the teachers and to the Training and Development Team..

Prepare the following for monitoring- Matrix, checklist, attendance, major


output..
Each school is required to submit an INSET portfolio to the district office..
a. Matrix
b. Checklist
c. Attendance
d. Certificates- signed by the principal and psds
e. Major output.

7. No learner can get module in dropp off center. The attention of PSDS’s of
Cauayan were called because naagyan pag monitoting sang SGOD.
8. MTB-MLE- Mother Tounge (Elem)
9. Encourage teachers to tune-in on iFM 94.5 radio 1 hour in the morning and
afternoon
10.Answer key must be attached as part of the learners module.

Teacher is responsible of his/her classroom. The principal is responsible for
the whole school.

SH must have intervention in the assessment
16.Books should not be retained in the storage, if possible distribute to learners.
17.Teachers should be 100 percent during the monitoring of the CID Team.
18.Create a school M & E Team
 Responsible when there is monitoring in the school and knows also what
is in the AIP
19.Create Training and Development Team
 Responsible for all the teachers training (INSET)
20.Monitoring template during the FGD(focus group discussion)
School must have a monitoring and evaluation tool
Objectives, PPA, Date accomplished etc… para may ipakita sa monitoring
team

21.ALS- indi pwede kuhaon ang students in formal school to transfer sa ALS
22.Situation Analysis of the school – ocopy must be always in the office
23.Turn over SIP documents in the event of transfer. SIP is the mother
document of the school
24.CID take hold of the MSP
MSP must align/ equate with the WWP
25.Intervention in the literacy / numeracy in the new normal
