Agile is a nonprofit organization that focuses on effectively changing work processes in various
industries through projectized and software integrating techniques. I selected the model below
because of their added initiative to consider the stakeholder engagement as a major factor in the
decision-making process for an electronic health records system. In healthcare, data is of
importance to practitioners to track the progress of their patients and accurately prescribe
appropriate care. In this particular WBS, information dissemination takes priority in ensuring the
right resources receive the information they need to make better decisions.
