Why are you applying for financial aid?

I am student. I am doing MBA from MGM Institute of management,

Aurangabad. I am very ambitious and hard working student but due to financial
crisis in my family I can hardly pay for any other expenses than daily needs of
the family members. It’s been 3 years in a row of inadequate rainfall and
because of less of rains our livelihood which is basically dependent on
agriculture is affected badly. But I believe that nothing can stop someone who
really wants to achieve something he strives for. This is the only reason why I
want to apply for financial aid.

How will taking this course will help your career goal?

As I am doing a masters degree in Business administration this would help

me to make unbiased decisions in organization. There are times when we give in
to emotions, prejudices, biases, etc. Decisions made under such influence can hurt the
company’s performance and reputation. People analytics course will aid performance
improvement and decision-making. This will help in measuring the impact of HR
metrics like retention rate, and time to hire on business performance.

If not low interest loan cant be applied?

As mentioned above, right now I am going through really critical financial

crisis and won’t be able to pay even the minimum amount you have quoted. I
am still studying and dependent on my parents for all the finances but due to
Covid-19 and lockdown all the possible sources of income has run out. The
savings that my parents had even it is running out and have to rely on
government rations and financial aid provided by the central government.

An organization cannot build a good team of working professionals without

good Human Resources and as I am perusing MBA in Human Resource
Management this would help me to come up with plans and strategies for
hiring the right kind of people. A good career in HRM will help me in
maintaining work atmosphere, this is a vital aspect of HRM because the
performance of an individual in an organization is largely driven by the work
atmosphere or work culture that prevails at the workplace. The HR department
plays an active role in preparing the business and marketing plans for the
organization too.
