We have to be aware of economic, technological, social, legal, and global issues that

either facilitate or constrain our efforts to achieve organizational goals. The main struggle
that I chose is “Going Global”, hence the specific word in the title, Global the subject under
control is enormous. There are lots of adjusting in an organization here in the Philippines
when we are required to be globally completive. Improvement is not bad, but having no
resources in this process will have a blind spot in the organization. When we say “Going
Global” or “Globalization” it is a trend toward opening up foreign markets to international
trade and investment.

I think in this time of generation it is the most important thing to cover because if us
Filipino organization has the ability to keep up with other countries especially those first
world countries in no time, Philippines will be known around the word. As an employee in
Education, the move that is instigated by our agency is K-12. The K to 12 Program
covers Kindergarten and 12 years of basic education (six years of primary education, four
years of Junior High School, and two years of Senior High School [SHS]) to provide
sufficient time for mastery of concepts and skills, develop lifelong learners, and prepare
graduates for tertiary education, middle-level skills development, employment, and
entrepreneurship. This kind of program here in the Philippines will be a stepping stone that
would make the students a globally competitive employee in the future.
