Every community has its own issues that needed to be addressed and some problems

are needed to be investigated in order to come up with a solution. We visited the barangay and

gathered information by conducting a survey or giving questionnaire or interview. The students

went on a community immersion to know some information about the way of life of the

residents living in barangay District IV (District IV, formerly Poblacion, is a barangay in the

Municipality of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya). During the interview, it was found out that there

were several issues that are needed to be addressed. The major problem is the massive

unemployment of the residents. Some of the reasons are their poor educational attainment,

lack of practical and handicraft skills, lack of job opportunities, and unpaved roads. We travelled

across the barangay, even in the deepest parts of it. In the parts of community garden, not far

from the main road is one-way, which could possibly lead to road mishaps as large vehicles

quarrying on the Magat river utilize the road for the purpose.
