Learnings: On the second class we learned about psychometric test

which help us to understand and identify your personality and
potential. Then we learned about that money plus people is
important for an organisation and some more in that topic.

Then mam explained about the resume truth of

candidates who misrepresent their resume. On behalf of this
they may hire a wrong person for the company and experience
a poor performance on it. And also mam shared about her own
experience. At last we had a small discussion about the SELF
CONFIDENCE.
