In accordance with BSNL transfer policy under reference (i) following points are considered for transfer and posting of SDE (E)/JTO (E) (i) The stay shall be counted from the date of regular promotion/ recruitment into the grade of JTO and other equivalent to the first level of executive Hierarchy. (ii) Break period of two years or more shall only be recognized while computing post/ station/SSA tenure except for stations having the prescribed tenure of 1 year. (iii) The cut off date for computing circle/ post tenure will be 31 st March 2021 (iv) _Transfer Tenure SINo | Executive Level Post Tenure | Station Circle Tenure Tenure 1. TES Gr B equivalent | 4 years 10 Years 18 Years (SDE (E)/JTO (E) 2.0 Accordingly based on the available data in this office the list of JTO (E)/ SDE (E) who have completed post/ station tenure is placed in Annexure. The list may be verified at your end and circulated to all SDE (E) and JTO (E) for factual corrections and omissions. If there is any factual error/ omission the executive may represent accordingly. The list is made as per the policy referred under reference. 3.0 The SDE (E)/ JTO (E) who have completed post/station tenure and or on looking after the post of Executive Engineer (E) and Sub Divisional Engineer (E) are also included in the Annexure. 4.0 The Executives who have completed post/ Station tenure may submit their representation through proper channel with the three choices of station for posting on transfer. However, transfer to a station other than the choices shall also be made on administrative reasons/ operational requirements. Wherever, no options are received, transfers will be done based on administrative reasons/ operational requirements. The representations should reach this office on or before 30.04.2021.
