Attached are the Word templates.

  The templates are relatively simple


to use, but here are a couple tips that could help:

1) To keep the solid lines from printing:

a) Open the Format menu ( ALT-o ).

b) Choose the Borders and Shading option, which will open up a small pop-up
window.

c) On the right of the window, in the preview section, is a “window pane”


diagram with highlighted borders.

d) Click the smaller “window pane” buttons surrounding the diagram to


remove or add the solid borders as needed.

2) To see label edges on the screen without the lines printing:

a) Open the Table menu ( ALT-A ).

b) On the menu there is a show/hide gridlines, when they are visible, they
should appear gray on screen.  These will not print.
