week 1: wake up at 8(if i didn't get a 9 hour sleep, nap to compensate to 8hrs)

week 2: glass of water when I wake up and before bed


week 3: affirmations in the mirror after toilet and before sleep
week 4: meditate every day twice for 10 mins(morning after affirmations and at
night before slipping under covers)
week 5: non-fiction for 10 mins (morning and night)
week 6: excercise every morning for 15 mins on orbitrek while listening to audio
books
week 7: split excercises for 20 mins every day
