In Attendance: PTA officers, School Principal

Mrs. Kristine Mae S. De Guzman, Treasurer of the GPTA, conducted the opening
prayer, and Mr. Danilo B. Panganiban, principal of the school, greeted everyone with
genuine wishes of peace and joy.

Vice President Mrs. Sally V. Cleto presented a series of agenda concerning

the different legal matters. The areas that were discussed are;
 Update for distributed letters
 Progress o9f Projects
 Financial reports

The principal then surveyed everyone on their views and ideas on the subject. It was
an open platform in which everyone was free to voice their ideas and concerns. Some of the
questions were quickly answered.
