MINUTES OF THE MEETING

In Attendance: PTA officers, School Principal

Mr. Danilo B. Panganiban, our beloved principal, formally began the meeting
by addressing the officers with his introductory comments. He thanked them for their
willingness to participate in the school activities and emphasized the significance of
knowing the updates and development about it. He concludes his opening speech
with words of encouragement.

Vice President Mrs. Sally V. Cleto presented a series of agenda concerning

the different legal matters. The areas that were discussed are;
 Finished Projects
 Additional projects
 Financial Status

The principal then polled everyone to get their thoughts and suggestions on the
issue. It was an open platform where anybody could express their thoughts and concerns.
Some of the queries were addressed promptly.
