SITE ANALYSIS
NOISE LOCATION: RINCON PARK, SAN FRANCISCO EMBARCADERO
MIXED USE - RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL - Southeast noise from bridge
- West noise from Embarcadero traffic
- Aerial noise from helicopters
- Northeast noise from ships

RESIDENTIAL MICRO CONDO UNITS - 20,000


SUN SF
- Nearby skyscrapers cast pretty heavy shadows on the Embar-
cadero road (from West, refer to sun path diagram)
- Sun shadows don’t quite hit the actual park
- Sunshine is volatile
PUBLIC BAR & GRILLE - 7,000 SF
WIND
- Wind patterns change throughout the day, but for the most
part the area receives wind from the Western Pacific Ocean.
