How to access Workforce Planning:

Go to workforceplanning.jacobs.com in a Chrome Browser and enter your Jacobs
credentials. If you are connected to the Jacobs network, you will not need to log in.

What can I expect as a Workforce Planning user?

Starting on Monday, June 15th, you will be able to see the full application according to your
permission settings. If you do not supervise employees, you will have viewer rights to both
the Home tab and the GlobalShare tab. If you do supervise employees, or are designated as
a SuperUser, you will have additional functionality. Please refer to the GlobalShare page on
JacobsConnect for a refresher on GlobalShare functionality.
If you have any questions regarding adoption in your local office, please contact your
SME champion that is nearest to you. If you have technical issues, please submit a service
now ticket. Please keep in mind that requesting super user access should come from a
supervisor, and will need supervisor approval.
