Hi beautiful! This is your guide to healthy fat-loss! These methods will get you results within
three weeks and if you keep doing these techniques, you'll find them hard to stop (it will become
a lifestyle).

that you must be skinny, I'm just trying to help people who want to lose fat do it safely]

› what is healthy fat-loss: when you aren't causing vitamin or mineral deficiencies, and you
still have lots of energy.

› the basics of the diet: a whole food plant based diet is the easiest way to lose fat, mainly
because it is inherently low fat (excluding avocados and nuts). 'plant based’ means no meat,
dairy, or eggs. it's very easy to maintain because you do not have to restrict yourself like you
would when you're eating animals.

› diet plan: (breakfast) oatmeal with fruit on top and plant based milk, (snack) mixed berry
smoothie made with water, (lunch) brown rice with seasoned potato and kale + Starbucks ice
tea, (snack) baby carrots with hummus, (dinner) homemade pizza with vegan cheese
replacement (I will make a guide to vegan food replacements)

› the fitness: the focus for your fat-loss with be on hiit, or high intensity interval training. do
your workout every 2 mornings and the unique part about this type of training is that it increases
the amount of calories you burn for the rest of the day (or the following day, if you exercise in the
evening). along with the diet which makes you lose weight, this type of exercise is great for
fat-loss!

› hiit daily workout: do each workout at a fast pace, but don't compromise your form.
- 20 seconds of jogging on the spot
- 20 jump lunges on each leg
- 30 seconds of sprinting on the spot, followed by 20 second rest, repeat 6 times
- 20 burpees, 30 second rest, repeat once
- 20 mountain climbers
- 10 incline pushups, 20 seconds rest, repeat 3 times
- 20 jumping jacks, rest 15 seconds, repeat 4 times
